Went to this salon on Sunday 6-Oct-14 for haircut and hair color. The stylist or the service provider spoiled my t-shirt and left stain marks on my skin with the color which can be harmful. On complaining the staff (salon manager – Sahar Pagdiwala) blamed it to me saying that I opted for a package which was not of high value. The package I opted was in their rate card (picture attached) she refunded the hair color fees of Rs 2160 but refused to compensate for the T-Shirt that was soiled completely. She also said that the person who attended me was a trainee and such things can happen if I choose lower packages. I asked her where in the rate card it is mentioned that lower price services will have such standards, she could not answer.

Compensation for T-shirt – Rs 3,500 Compensation for hair color stain marks on skin – Rs 10,000 for risk it posed and cleaning it afterward with painful procedure Compensation for mental agony and harassment due to poor behavior of the staff – Rs 25,000
