I’m Nikhil Rohilla residence of pooth khurd, delhi-39 , my area’s siti company’s cable distributor is distributing reliance jio net connection at very high cost. He is offering 1 Mbps plan for ₹550, 2 Mbps plan for ₹750 and 6 Mbps plan for ₹900. Which is much higher then the one which you offers. And while installing if the cable wire exceeds 10 m, he charges extra ₹10/meter and the router which we are for ₹750 in the market he’s selling that router for ₹1000. Not only this he’s taking an additional ₹500 for installation of the wire saying- “IT’S COMPANY’S POLICY TO CHARGE CUSTOMER ₹500 FOR EVERY INSTALLATION ELSE THE COMPANY WILL DEDUCT FROM THEIR BANK ACCOUNT, SO WE HAVE TO CHARGE” – because of this everyone here’s thinking that the reliance jio’s net is very much costlier and I must say your new company’s reputation is n ot getting a very good response. I’ve already complaint to siti cable company but didn seem to be entertained, as they haven’t replied to me. As they are distributing your connection so high , so i want you to take this seriously and do whatever action required.
