I visited to cafe coffee day in cannaught place which is next to the beer cafe new delhi, their i ordered 2 iced Eskimo for which I did not received any bill,I contacted the area manager on which he told us to wait there , we waited for around half an hour after that he came ,we told us the whole thing in which he told us that nothing can be done, and started using bad words for us, when we asked for the bill he said ‘manual bill le lo ‘ ,on which he further added do whatever you can do, ur are just a school kid .his behavior ,attitude and language was really pathetic and unprofessional..Really disappointing.i even lodged a complain on there site and personally called in there head office ( Bangalore) but no action has been taken in my favor.

I want a maximum relief in form of money and a written apology(both) , as I’ve the authorities of cafe coffee day where even concerned about talking to me and settling down the matter.
