This organisation I am complaining about is an organisation which claims to be an ISO 9001:2008 organisation and it is supposed to provide services by supplying domestic help to different house holds. In my case it supplied three domestic helps and on three occasions they took money , but failed to supply any permanent domestic help to me and on calling them this person Dipak Chowdhury misbehaved with me. I have my doubts how this type of company gets ISO certificate and gets trade licence. This company harassed me and misbehaved with me.

This type of company should be banned and financial compensation should be given.
