I have filed TDR request for my ticket on 10/12/2014 but they are sitting deaf year.

It had been almost 1 month I have filed TDR and they are not refunding the money.I am mentally harassed.

I want my money back along with the interest and IRCTC should provide the maximum time for TDR refunds which they have not documented anywhere on their website. Their terms and conditions are only applicable to the customers.
