sir, I booked a plot of 160 sq yds at Bhiwadi (Raj)in camellia garden-II project of M- Tech Developers on 16 Dec 2006.I paid the booking amount of Rs 1,75000 by cheque 164558 and 392795 dated 03/10/06 and 03/10/06 of ICICI and UTI Bank respectively.Till 2011 they were unable to say about the current status of the plot,so i applied for refund in Jun 2011 and they told to give my money in installments.I was paid first installment of Rs 20,000 on May 2012 and after that till date nothing has been paid.On enquiring they are giving of excuse of shortage of funds.

My investment of hardened earned money of Rs 1,75000 in year 2006 is becoming a total loss.As i am a defence employee and my financial condition is not so good .

I want my total money with intrest till date.
