My mobile no. is +91-9987269665 and I’m facing an issue of ‘change in card’ from ‘campus card’ to ‘normal Airtel card’.
My campus card got changed to normal airtel card on 22nd Sep. without any recharge or change of plans. There was nothing been done from my side. Also my validity expires on Nov 22, 2010. So I should be charged at Campus Card rates and not normal airtel rates. I’d made many complains about it since 22nd, but there are no actions that are been taken. Every time I get a consolation that the issue would get solved in 24 hours. My complain no. is 3092878120800.
I’d also talked to executive at ‘relationship center’ and was told that the issue would be solved in 48 hours. But this was not done. I’m still been charged at normal airtel rates.
Please do consider my case.

I’d be happily using Airtel till 31st but after MNP, I’ll be first to switch from Airtel if the problem still persists.
