On 16th.September, the followings happened to me/my mobile no.9835094369:
1.Subscribed to M91(One month mobile-internet plan) through its franchise centre at Alpana Market, Patlipura,Patna
2.Received confirmatory SMS for it
3.Recharged my mobile with Rs.100 top up
4.After surfing the net for an hour, connection disconnected.When checked the balance, it was almost
zero i.e.the talk time of top up was consumed against surfing inspite of subscription of M91
5.Complained to:
a. Saurabh(Customer care executive) at 7 pm:issue not resolved
b. Rajeev ( —– do ———-) at 7.10 PM, referred to Valmiki(Senior)
c. Valmiki registered a complaint (no.126765694)at 7.30 PM & advised me to recharge
again with talk time top up & start surfing.He assured that my issue was resolved & there
would be no deduction from the talk time.
6. Recharged again with Rs.100 top up at 9 PM
7. Again the same series of incidence happened
8. Again complained to Shahbaj(Customer care executive) at 10.15 PM:Result – Zero
9. Again complained to Suman ( ——- do ————-) at 10.32 PM: Result – Zero
10.Again talked to Jayprakash (——– do ———) at 10.36 PM Result- He confused me
11.Again talked to Vinita ( ———– do ——— )at 10.48 PM & I was told that my a/c had not been
recharged with M91 plan thus my talk time value of Rs.200 had been debited against default plan
of mobile internet.
12.The different answers of above Customer care executives & the Seniors puzzled me.
On 17.09.2010, I approached the franchise again & narrated the above. But till date no result.
I not only feel duped of losing unused Rs.200 on talk time top up & Rs.91 for do not M91 but also lost a few of business opportunities to earn my bread & butter over net due the denial of services by Reliance.
