I complain on date 11/11/2013 in malaviya police station Rajkot Gujarat still not any kind of action take against them.I ALSO GAVE ONE APPLICATION TO POLICE COMMISSIONER ON 15/01/2014. please help me. We submitted Canada PR file in The Praxis Consultants on Date 15/09/2010.First we paid check of 50000 Rs. for Registration fee and we paid second check 151500 Rs. for Visa fee and processing fee. After they didn’t give answer properly. They didn’t give us Application number,Letter of receive file and Visa fee from Canadian government, Receipt number,File number. They didn’t give us right and prefect answer.They told us round and round about Canada PR AND GAVE US FALSE INFORMATION. After some time we understood they did cheating with us. We got information that Mr.Neerajbhai kaneria and his mother are in Rajkot (Gujarat) India. So we called him to met us but he told he had no time to met us and cut the phone. So we sent him message and said him please met us. BUT he didn’t reply , so we went his house on Date 27/03/2013.But that time he us abuse word and us threat I killed you.Get out from here .AND don’t come again ,Forget money and forget about Visa of Canada PR. HE taunt against our caste. After we went to our uncle house and told him all this thing. He is friend of Neerajbhai. SO he spoken with him on phone and he called us to met him in the evening on Date 27/03/2013. In evening he still spoken round and round talk about Canada PR and agree to gave us 100000 Rs. back and made agreement about it. So we decide to first we got 100000 Rs. from him and sign in agreement. SIGN IN AGREEMENT DIFFERENTLY. SO WE CAN CLAIM ON HIM AND HIS COMPANY AND ALSO RECORDING LAST TALKING WITH HIM SO WE GOT ONE MORE EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM. They are in group and doing cheating with simple people WHO has no knowledge about immigration. They make money via name of immigration. I have enough evidence against them. please show my story on Crime petrol. He is visa fraud person so please take action against him. he is in Mississauga, Ontario ,Canada. right now so beware.
