Canara Bank – Cash Not Recieved ATM – Review

I am operating a Saving account No.0238101056242 with your Mumbai Central Branch since Aug, 10, I was trying to withdraw Rs.10,000 on 15/04/2014 from an ATM machine located at Byculla Station but machine was not dispensed Cash and account was debited the amount. A complaint was lodged with your Mumbai Central Branch on 16/04/2014 and your call Centre 12/05/2014 (Complaint No.006451993) Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount as early as possible.

Rs. 10,000/= was not dispensed from ATM machine but debited from saving account
