Canara Bank has deducted TDS from my account for the year ended as on 31.03.2010 and 31.03.2011 and they have not issued TDS Certificate for the same. The Total amount deducted is Rs. 10,114/-

Due to non issue of TDS certificate in time I could not file my revised Income Tax Return for both this year and I have to made suffer a loss of Rs. 10,114/- along with interest thereon on maturity

Refund of Rs. 10,114/- along with Interest thereon from the date of deduction till date of the full deduction amount to me
