i had taken 1.96 lakh has my education loan from canara bank after my engineering i was told to pay 3 lakh after interest rate as per bank rules the candidate should get 6 months if employed or 1 year if unemployed. in my case i was unemployed after 6 months of completing my degree but the bank started debiting loan amount from my account since i was having nil amount in my account they were unable to debit any amount and all the amount went to pending state and when i got my first salary on march they debited it without our consent the bank did not even sent any letter saying the same.After that they told us that still 40 thousand needs to be paid pay it as soon ans possible if you wont pay we’ll report to cibil. My parents were harassed and threatened by the bank officials. So owing to there threaten i paid the pending amount 67 thousand on march 2014 has requested by the then manager and the manager also pledged to decrease my loan due amount to be paid for which i also gave a written letter to decrease my loan emi paying amount . Since the bank manager told us to pay 5000 Emi i did as he said and he also assuered me to remove my account from cibil but both were not done by the bank personnel. AGain after when we came to know that we again went to bank asking why my account is still not updated for the pending amount.At this time the manager was changed and he just folded his hands saying that he doesn’t know anything so to ensure us this time he gave us a letter saying that my all dues are cleared and my cibil scores would be restored but still this has not been done and just recently when an amount of 35 thousand was credited to my account was freezed by them saying that it went to loan account. even though i pay my loan EMI 5000 every month.

i want to get back my paid education loan since they had not following there work properly because of which i was made to face mental torture because of the negligence
