dear sir/mam i went to PNB branch green park bareilly for opening my salary account four days ago. one of the girl employee there told me accounts are opened till 2 pm and asked to come next day. next morning i again went there and now this time male employee refused to open the account by saying salary account is not opened in this branch and asked me to go in patel nagar branch bareilly which was approx 30 km away from my house. it was very shameful that your employees are not working as well as their behavior is not proper with the customers and what is the use of opening branches every where when public can not get facility of it.

i want that any strict action should be taken against them so that other people wont face the same what i faced.
