We are limited co.namely lakshmi precision screws ltd,subscribe for gtpl broadband plan s12 (12+6 months ) paid advance amt.rs5500/- on 31/3/2014 vide their receipt no.26515. now,since about last 3 months, weekly once or twice ,their net connection goes off and despite repeated request, they are not hearing. they pass on bucks to their field engineer
being a branch of a reputed limited company, we are fully dependent for all correspondence on this broadband services and we dont have any alternative. we are losing business due to frequent unavailability of net connection.
we want back our amount so that we can go for alternate broadband services because despite repeated follow up their attitude is very unfreindly and every time they simply gives stereotype reply that within 24 working hrs, complaint will be solved
