Dear Sir/Ma’am, I purchased a cash back policy in Jun 2013 from ICICI prulife insurance company.I received my Policy Bond in Nov.2013.After reading the features of policy I felt that the policy is not fulfilling my needs. So I want to cancell the same. I went to ICICI branch to do so.But they refused. I requested many times. Thereafter they told me to write an application on plane paper .I wrote application & submitted it. They gave me a photocopy of this and asked me to contact after 10 days. After 10 Days I contacted branch. They informed me that Your policy can not be cancelled. And the gave me a print out of a document regarding this. I read the document and I felt that the resolution provided does not satisfy me. So I submitted my grievance on line at www.iciciprulife.com .But they did not reply me . The reference number for my query is: Policy No. 17819382 Call ID # 64023561 Date 03 dec 2013 Now I am writing to you and want to know that why policy cannot be cancelled while I have applied within 15 days free look period. please do the needful regarding this issue.
