i have taken policy from met life insurance company of plan met growth with annual premium of rs 685000 annual in month of june . Company has not given me good service as with request they have send me policy on 9-1-2010 when i recieved policy & read the terms & condition carefully . suddenly after receivin of policy with in 4 working days i have given request to cancel my policy . after that i called at company toll free no. to ask the status of my policy cancellation . they replied sir that your policy have been cancelled u will get refund payment cheque with in 7 working days . but after 8 working days they reverted me that ur request for policy cancellation have been rejected & converted into single year policy term . they have not told me any certified reasons of rejection . i want my money refunded . i have written alots of time to company but they are not giving reply . i am really facing harrasement . i request u to kindly go through my case & help me out . i have all record & proofs .
