I was briefed by the Metlife person in Mumbai Mr. J. Nag that I have to pay a one time premium of Rs. 25,000.00. The company remained silent on the matter of my policy document despite my insistence of not receiving the same whenever they called stating that I have to pay more premiums. In September 2008 I took an ULIP policy from the MetLife India Insurance Co Ltd. and gave standing instructions for Electronic Clearance System (ECS). Only for the first month MetLife debited money from my SB account. However, for the October, November, and December they did not activate my ECS standing instructions.
I am shaik Riyaz i have taken agency with Metlife insurance my license no 11065496 and My code no4810574 i want noc to shift other company i have given noc request letter on 22/07/2010 but till date i did not get noc from met life insurance.

i took a policy from metlife (policy no.1200700308654) on 2007 and they’ve collected a cheque of INR 25,000 from me as a first installment. later on jan 2010 i received a letter(notice) from them stating that “the cheque xxxxxx has not been en-cashed” (cheque from metlife which i haven’t received till date). then i called the insurance official regarding the details of my policy and the notice.
