Cancellation of Policy and Refund of Deposited Amount

Dear Sir,

My grievance application No is: 03-13-016929. As of now Kotak has consistently denied any mistake on their behalf and are not ready to refund my deposited amount of Rs 5000/-.
To nail Kotak Mahindra I have the duplicate copy of their policy where in my address is wrongly entered and even my father’s name is wrong. Let me remind you that I
got my duplicate policy in February 2013 after 6 months delay, instead of September 2012. Also, there is no question of cooling off period being expired as I received the
duplicate policy in February 2013. As of now I have not got even an apology from Kotak for the same. Please take strict action on Kotak for being a bully and sticking to the
nonsense that they are preaching. Please, help me in this regard.
