Canon Customer Service Not Replying Correctly

Hi All,
I have never signed a document on which its written that i am using a duplicate toner refill. Engineer said that cartridge is not working properly and that is the problem and he requested me to sign so that its get confirmed that he visited my place.

Don’t you people understand the simple english what i have written in the mail or you people are trying to be over smart. I am facing this problem from last six months as admitted by your engineer and your own records , when it occurred first time your engineer didn’t gave any proper solution, forget about solution he never ever gave me the acknowledgement slip.

Second time he took 200 INR and asked me to sent the MFP to its office and did the Drum Change as admitted by him today no acknowledgement at that time too. How did he took 200 INR for what reason explain for the product in warranty ?? Why you people didnt give this in written at the time of my first complaint that you have to change the cartridge ?? And what today you people has did is not expected at all adding comment on my signed document after the visit this is the clear case of forgery ..!!

Will take this fight to all the levels and to the court as well if needed.

Dear Harsh,

As per our engineer visit at your location and found that you are using refill toner in your printer and that problem is due to refill toner.

And Canon representative never says to use non-genuine consumable, they always guide to buy Canon genuine consumable.

For that I am attaching signed job sheet of yours where you accept that you are using refill toner.

Aside that, the Warranty of the product(s) shall be rendered null and void if Use of Non-original / Counterfeit / Duplicate Consumable(s) as well as compatibles, refills of consumables along with the Product(s).
