canon – free gift

hello sir, This complain is in reference to canon product serial no.-LRNA11851 I purchased a canon printer on 24th july whose serial no. is-LRNA11851 and registered it on canon website on 24th july. On registration they were to send a free gift of logitek headphone within 45 days,but they didn’t and instead send me a mail on 6th september that gift is changed and a lower category price gift of philips was changed with it. They then again promised to send the changed gift within september,but here also they failed and on calling multiple times to customer care and mailing my issue many times to provided mail addresses by canon i didn’t got satisfactory response and they kept on delaying the gift and telling false excuses. Then i complaint to pg portal on 12th october complain no.- DARPG/E/2013/83102. After this complain they immediately shipped my free gift and i received it on 16th october. But now also they cheated and this time its very very serious issue. The issue is that they send empty box of philips labelled and there was nothing inside the box except the user manual.There was no headphone inside it. Then i called their customer care and informed them about it,but they didn’t listen to me and told me to mail the issue to canon mail address. Sir i then also mailed the same issue to their mail address on 16th october,but i haven’t received any response. Sir please help me out and instruct them to send me proper product as soon as possible as there is so much delay. Also do take serious action against such fraud. regards nishan garg

Sir instruct them to send me the gift and also compensate for the loss happened due to this. Also punish them seriously and instruct them to process me my refund of the extra amount of the previous gift and also give me appropiate compensation for mental torture and difficulty i have to face due to all these.
