Respected sir, i am om prakash barai from kolkata north region , i am doing a small scale business to earn my liveli hood , ( not for commercial purpose ).i had start the business in photocopier , print scan copy and colour in 2003 at 47, narkel danga main road ,kolkata-700054.i had purchase 3,pc canon allin one printer ,model no-mpc600f-1pc,mpc400-2pc,toal amount is rs- 71,000/-in my printer print head qy60034 are faulty on the date of 12-04-2012,then i complain to kolkata canon service centre and service manager , please provide me canon print head and service, they send to me e-mail this printer print head discontinou and end of life , so i cnt given the service and print hed , please contact the corporate office, so i send the two letter of canon corporate office , in the date of 22-02-2013 and 13-05-2013,up to 01-08-2014. i had not received any response. my printer is totally shut down and my business is closed , because of not availability of print head , and my printer is totally damage because shut down of business,

the printer total amount refund , or samr amount same features printer waith 9,pc extra print head with bill, 3,lakh penalty amount
