ACT Broadband – Delay providing connection – Review

I took a broadband connection with them and these are the problems faced – delay in providing the connection – rude field staff – bill settlement delayed more than the agreed time and done only after 50 calls/reminders and Facebook notifications – non payment of tariff towards electricity charges and days when service was not provided (service complaint registered through call) – non-removal of cable and connection even after 6 weeks of raising a disconnection request (Installation charges of 500 rs collected for one month of connection) – delay in paying the refund

I need the refund along with interest for delay in payment (similar to the amount charged to their customers for delaying a monthly bill payment)
