I bought Vedeocon LEC tv om 23-03-2013 vide Invoice No.BFL/1435/12 DT.23.3.13 from Capital Electronics, VIP Road, Kolkata-700 054. On the date of purchase I insured the TV set with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. for further 2 years extended warranty vide Policy No.OG-14-1000-6609-00003311 dated 24.04.2013. After one year i.e. from the month of July 2014, there is no picture on TV. Since then I contacted so many persons to solve the problem but no result sir till date and tally harrass: Contacted Person: Bajaj Allianz Thru toll free Complain No.44053004 dt 06.08.2014. again Complain No. 54323096 dated 28.08.2014 Vedeocon Service Centre Mr. Biplab 09830105255 Capital Electronics Mr. Babua 09051735616…Pl help me and look into the matter. Totally puzzled

Either change the TV set with new one and also new warranty else full money back with interest
