I Purchased a CANON PRINTER (CanonPrinter287, 914498B040”92AD”21HADY24366 with TANK) from Bansal Business Corporation (39,Veer Sawarkar Block,Shakarpur,Delhi-110092) on 19th January 2014.I was told that engineer will visit my place to install the printer on d very same day.No one came till Monday and When I called Bansal corporation (on contact no.9310001405) regarding this they have started making excuses. I also called CANON service support number(on 9910212561) but they told me the Engineer don’t visit NCR.It was promised to me by the Bansal Corporation that they will send the engineer to my place(Vasundhara,Ghaziabad) and they took my complete address and contact no for the same.
