bought a canon printer PIXMA – MP287 on 23/04/2014. 03/05/2014 printer stopped working. i complaint about in company after calling them around 4-5 times they sent a guy to repair my printer but very next day the guy repaired the printer stopped working again. from that day they are were not giving me proper info about my issue. and now they said like i have to pay more 1400/- for color ink.

i want printer in working condition as a new product i bought. and the lost of business 2000/- per day.
