I have broadband connection with no 25306876 under plan 750.My internet goes out of order every 7 days per month right from the date I took it ie on 05/07/2008.Recently my internet got dead on 11/03/2010 and till today ie 17/03/2010 there is no improvement.The staffs are technical incompetent and inefficient.I had to take new connection from different company because of their negligence.I don’t need their services any more but I need my security deposit back.
