Capital First – not proving the no objection certificate

I took a consumer durable loan for nine months in March 2013. I have paid all my installments on time through cash and I have the cash receipts for the same. Now as per Capital First my October month EMI is still pending. I have shared the cash receipt but they are still not proving the no objection certificate after several reminders on their customer care number & emails.

This is directly Impacting my credit rating on CIBIL as this loan is still outstanding on my name. I am getting calls from collection agents and even some have visited my place and ended up misbehaving with my mother & wife. I am in distress and need this issue to be sorted.
