Ordered two pieces Mouse USB Optical 3 Button – HP Part no : KY619AA on 21/03/2014 and made online payment for same from SBI account. First they denied receiving the order. When confronted with Bank confirmation of credit to their account they agreed to send. On 8/4/2014 they sent only one piece instead of two. Immediately alerted them of this short delivery and since then despite numerous reminders the short item never delivered.
