I have paid rs 20,000 for BTST services for year from nov 2013 to 2014 and 15000 for weekly calls & Rs 5,000 for three services of capitalvia. But when the the services had to be started I came to know that there is no weekly calls services of capitalvia but I paid & got a conformation mail from there side confirming the same. When I asked for refund they said that I will have to continue with the BTST pack which I paid only 20000 for 40000. This is clearly a fraud & I want my money back & don’t want to continue the services of this fraud organisation. The height of fraud by this company is when I wanted to check by actual balance now with this company they offered me to take a new service, then said that I have only 20000 left and need to pay 20000 more then when I talked with a manger, I got another mail after sometime confirming I have 40000 and have to pay 11000 more, I don’t want to take any services from these fraud bunch. I have attached all the snapshots of the mail confirming the services from one person and other declining the same. I can’t attach another file for the bank statement of all the payments if required kindly notify me where to attach and how to send.

I want the sum paid for the three services back as i have not taken any of the services. Ban on capitalvia for such fraud & a public circular making people aware of such malpractices.
