the cable service provider passed high voltage current through wire that damaged our television completely. every part of tv burnt. even the curtain burnt due to spark of dish socket. the service provider did not accept his mistake. there are many tv damaged in our neighbourhood because of his fault.
we want the service provider to pay us the full amount of tv cost i.e. rs. 12000 because the tv was purchased last year only on 12-11-2013. unfortunately tv was not in warranty period, so i want him to pay the full money.
