I got my car service from Mr Tarun who has a service centre in Kasturba Market, Kotla Mubarakpur , Delhi. He told me that the clutch plate of the car needs to be replaced and gave me a number of parts delaer who gets Hyundai Original Hyundai Parts. Name Mr Ratan 9968226xxx. Both of them together charged me 22,000 for the car repair ( 18000 for parts and 4000 for service). When I asked for the Bill ratan told me to collect it later from him. After a week of getting the car repaired, the parts that were put in the car stopped working. when I showed it in Hyundai , I was told that the parts are not Hyundai. I called up the Tarun and ratan and have been following up with them but no replacement of the part or money back has been given .

I want the money I spent back of the parts that were not genuine and stopped working within days and also strict action against the service centre to run a black market and cheating customers by claiming fake parts as originals.
