I had submitted my cell Karbon A21 on 17/10/13 for repairing under warranty period, now 48 days left to submitted but not favourable response from service station till date. no one can ask when it will give it to me with proper correction. I had also complaint on mail to his delhi office on support@karbonnmobiles.com & support@jainaindia.com , but no one can reply. Mr. Chandra has taken a details with me but no proper action after the same. Please help me.

please help to immediate effect to release my cell phone with proper working condition or it under warranty period they should to replace the same with new hand set, sir, already 50 days left to submitted to service station. your immediate action should be required in this case.
