Carbon Accessories – problem in mobile phone

I have purchased a karbonn S5 on 31may2013. Due to hanging problem I gave it to the authorized service centre on 10june2013 and received on same day. On receiving the phone I noticed that its display is blurred and I return it to the service centre on 11june2013. After reminding them many times I have not received my phone till now. Now I want you to resolve my problem. THANKS LOOKING FOR A QUICK RESPONSE

Due to this I have to purchased a new phone few days before and I have feel mental stress. The price of this phone also fell down and 2 months warranty also go waste

I want my money back along with compensation of the damages caused to me.
