I have remit an amount of Rs.9999/- towards a promotional package of Today Travel Solutions having registered address at Today Travel Solutions B/34 , Udyog Kendra Phase-I, Sector-49 Noida- 201301 today travel solutions having website http://www.todaytravelsolutions.com through their websites payment gateway by using my debit card of ICICI Bank in the name of my wife Mrs. Sweety Borah Saikia. According to their commitment, I will get a SONY XPERIA J Mobile phone & a package of 5 days & 4 nights for 4 persons at one of their resorts in anywhere India. I have talked with 2 of their executives namely Mr. Sumit & Ms Shina at +911204349099 before going to deposit the said amount against the promotional package. They also asking for 20 references for getting the package & mobile phone & accordingly I have provided them the references to them to their e-mail (holidays@todaytravelsolutions.com) on 9th July, 2013. But today when I contacted them at their telephone number one of their executive told me that I am not awarded with the mobile phone but only the promotional package which is already being sent through Blaze Flash courier. It shock me a lot that how can a company having a pay pal account can breach the business promises to their clients. It is my earnest request you to kindly do help me to reimburse my amount of Rs.9999/- in this regard. They have also another website of www.thepaul.in – Hotel & Resorts to lure the gullible consumer by making false promises. Anticipating your kind reply & co-operation.
