Sold Boxer Puppy for Rs.18500, by falsely promising proper litter registration papers with Kennel Club of India and claiming high pedigree for the puppy. Puppy was 52 days old when sold. Promised that papers shall arrive latest within two months. Now puppy is eight months old and we are still haggling with him to hand over ownership transfer and proper registration papers. On 11.03.13 he declined and dared us to take any action we may be able to take.

Market rate for Boxer puppies without registration is half the price we paid,i.e. Rs8000 at the most or even less. He took us for a ride and earned by false promises twice the legit amount. Boxer puppy cannot participate in any dog show without registration with any kennel club, which can only be done by breeder within 60 days of birth. Boxer puppy cannot find good bitch of high pedigree for mating because his pedigree cannot be proved without papers. Loss is of money (Rs.18,500) and prospects for the puppy to breed and participate in shows. Big disappointment for owners. He has not provided any microchip also which he promised.
