I complaint the bsnl people (Kerang exchange(06755229870),under khurda,Orissa)before 4 or 5 days for the wire.bacause the wire has stolen by some one but the bsnl people still silent.there is no interest for those people to get this repaired for the customer.after a frequent complain still the phone is dead.the exchange people are saying that we don’t have the wire,so we are not able to do this.the service of BSNL is really pathetic.so i request the zonal head of bsnl through this platform that they should improve their service standard.from now onwards i will rethink to take another connection from BSNL.As i am working in a MNC far away from Orissa this is really a needful thing for me.This is my request to take this seriously and do it asap.waiting for your favourable responce.Thanking You.M A Hoque
