I had subscribed to the service of Seventymm when I was working in mumbai on 11 sept 2007. I was not satisfied with the service and also as I had shifted to Pune in June 2008 I had requested for a deposit refund ( Rs. 999 ) . I called the call centre initially but they did not respont to my complaint. I also logged into their site and also sent them a mail on 21st dec 2009. There was no response and i again forwarded the same to them with a reminder. I got a return mail on 18 jan 2010 saying they will refund the same at the earliest. No revert from them nor status being updated on call centre.
