Carrier Midea AC – Performance Review

I have purchased 2 Ton split AC from Carrier Midea on 1st April 2014, from beginning of purchase I had suffered various issues- problems in Installation and now from 1.2 months my concern of gas leakage has not been addressed and fixed. Though I had registered volumes of complaint and also wrote mails. Mr Sushant who’s ASM-North is unprofessional character, he has threaten me yesterday to do WHAT EVER I Can do as customer, when I have requested him to replace it, as machine has been filled(gas) 4 times in last month. But its Carrier inability to fix the problem and there is seer inaction done from their side. Due to which I have painted my walls two times. Please help me to replace this faulty machine.

I have messages from Carrier customer care for register complaints on my customer no-91202073 and sms from sushant but no action has been taken yet.
