Carrier – Replacement of manufacture faulty PCB

Sir,I bought Carrier 2 Ton split AC from TOP in Town Retailer Varanasi dated 17 April 2013, and from the 1st day I faced problem so that I registered a complain (complaint Id is 91107395). From that day i regular called him for technician and after 2 months his 1 technician came and describe the company faulty PCB. and promise me to change that within 2 days. After 1 month he came with other AC-PCB and done same 2 times. from that day I only mailed and called to customer care main branch and varanasi service centre but both of them only harassed me from more than 120 days.

first of all I want to replace the faulty PCB, compensate our loss and provide me extended warranty for that split AC which was lapsed due to his laziness.
