I have booked a self-drive Mahindra XUV 500 on the night of 8th May 2015 through on line booking The dealers person has to meet us at Patel Nagar Metro Station on 10th May 2015 at morning 0300 AM I have been sent the contact details of the person through mail Also at night around 0100 AM I received another number through SMS On 10th May 2015 at 0300 AM I reached at Metro Station Patel Nagar and called at both the numbers that have been provided by the service providers but nobody responded till half an hour Then I have called the call center of Carzonrent they kept my call on hold for very long stating that they are trying to coordinate with the person who was supposed to hand over the car Till 0430 AM neither they could contact the dispatch person nor they have provided any alternate solutions At around 0445 they said that the XUV which they have booked for us had broken down last night and now they cannot provide anything to us They left us in despair and cancelled our booking Though this is their fault they said that they will reverse the booking amount only after 6 to 7 days I had to travel to Nanital with my family on an occasion which I have missed due to their negligence and casual attitude I would like to sue them and demand an compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and my family Deepak Chugh Mobile No. 099717xxxx My Booking ID: 6246393
