CARZONRENT is a Very Very disappointing service, no customer satisfaction. They do whatever they wanna do. Pickup & Drop location will be change by them at last movement which result in lots of problem to customers. I am making all this statement because i am one of their victim. Incidence Description: I had made a self drive car booking on 29th-Nov-2013 for 30th-Nov-2013 (booking id: 4805016) using their website (online), in which i clearly mention that the pick point is “near Whitefield” & their site also show the desired location. So we are relaxed and planned accordingly. I went to pick up point & here comes a first surprize no car was there, then i call them and they said sir you have to come to Ulsoor head office to pick up the car (what the hell from Whitefield to ulsoor) they didnt even intimate about the location change. But we need to go so by BMTC we went till ulsoor and pick the car. As a security for car they swipe my credit for Rs. 30,000 (Blocked Rs. 30,000 rupees). We finished our trip and again we said please pick your car from Whitefield and they yes sir we will send our driver he will pick from there. But again they fail to deliver, we took the car over there but no driver, again we call them to ask where is your driver and they said “Our driver went to wrong place please come to Ulsoor to drop the car” Now what to do we want our security back so we went to ulsoor to drop the car and came back by BMTC. For security money they said “we will unblock it & it will be released and will not come in your credit card bill”. After above mentioned troubles here come the main PROBLEM: Till today (10-Dec-2013) my credit card blocked money is not released. I have called them n numbers of times and they said “sir within 24 hours it will come, within 48 hours it will come but money did not came” some problem was their in our machine and it is resolved now, so you will get it. But still i did not get the money. I am writing this to intimate all other who are thinking of booking the cab from “Carzonrent”, think twice before booking the cab, my satisfaction against there service is 0% they are not giving cars on rent they give only trouble trouble and trouble. To CARZONRENT Grp. Thanks a lot for your Great and valuable TROUBLES, what a world class service you are providing. Now the only and last option i have is filing a case in consumer court.
