Dear Sir, I am a Privilege Card Holder of Frank Ross Pharmacy-Bijoygarh-Kolkata-7000032. My card No- is-2806XX Since, I am a diabetic and my wife is a chronic arthritis patient, we regularly buy medicines from this outlet of yours as it is closer to my residence. I was somehow adjusting to your staff ‘s laid back attitude till today, when, I needed to have few medicines urgently and walked up to this outlet: 1. There were six(6) men at the counters and one Lady at the Computer. Since, everyone was busy handling customers (5/6) at that moment, the lady asked me what do I need and wrote the name of the item and passed it to one of her colleague. 2. This gentleman was busy serving a prescription for Home Delivery, hence I awaited. After about 10mts,he could fish out one of my required item and then passed the slip to another staff who was busy calculating bills. 3. I was again waiting, there was only 2 other customers in the shop. Till then, he could not care to even look at me or asked other 5 guys having Muri to help him find the second item. 4. Total time I was in your shop was 25mts. 5. I left the shop and decided to never go back or even order medicines through phone as most of the time they do not pick up or even if they do, the medicine is normally delivered after 4/5 hrs, if I am lucky. 6. In Bijoygarh area Medica is also having an outlet and is serving more customers than your outlet, they do not make customer wait to search the item through system, which is also available in your outlet but inefficient handling makes it hang most of the time. I am totally disturbed at the attitude of your staffs and hence putting up this complaint with the request to ask them to rectify their attitude else a brand like FRANK ROSS will be ruined. regards N.Mukherjee
