Sir, I sold 2 gold bangles at a ‘Cash for Gold‘ shop in Delhi, located at Lajpat nagar. I received the bangles as a wedding gift long time back from a close relative. They checked the gold in front of me and paid me cash. Now, after 2 days, they are calling me saying the gold is fake and i should go back and pay them money. In return they will return my bangles, which they already broke into many pieces during the transaction. Please help.

I do not and cannot pay them back. They are lying that gold bangles are fake. If they were fake, why did they take it and pay me at the first place?
