I bought a mobile phone HTC desire V FROM MOBILE STORE with extended warranty . But after 1 year mobile is not powering ON . I submitted it to mobile store as it comes under warranty . They have checked & verified & submitted my phone & provided me Extended warranty invoice . Many times i visited the store to check status but no updated provided by STore Manager Puneet Arorra 8860651605 . AFter 1 month again visited the store but still no updated provided . After 2 -3 days i got a call from mobile store they confirmed that mobile is damaged due to water . But at the time of submission they totally verified my device whether it is delibelitary gone faulty or not . So how they confirm me AFter 1 MONTH that it is damaged by me . At time of submission why they havent checked .
