i have booked one ticket through railticketonline.com .request no is RBR3960541 booking date is 27/08/2009 from vijayawada to tiruppur passenger name is pinaka pani travel date is 04/10/2009 the amount will debit my account RS.321 but it shown payment failed and not refund to my a/c.please take my complaint and refund amount to my a/c . done card agent no.LD00039573 .
