I purchased a wrist watch from a casio’authrised dealer watch gallery in pacific mall,vaishali ghaziabad.I purchases it on 14/06/2014,second day onward i set the date and timing then third day again i did reset it.fourth day require to set the date then 5th day and 6th day then i realised its not the genuine product or used product has been sold to me.I took it to dealer responding me to take it service centre for repair.It means they are cheating with their consumer.I want to complaint against of dealer as well as casio. I.I want my money back or replacement.I don’t want my newly purchased product gets repaired on 5th day infect i will call it second day. Please help me for the same this is really something hard earned money that i have spent on it.I am a working personality so its really tough for me to take leave evry second day and follow up this..kindly help me out.
