Hi Team, This is regarding my recent visit to “Castle House” in Goa. I went out for some relaxation during the weekend, unfortunately, it turned out a nightmare for me. The kind of demeanor shown by Hotel Receptionist- “Jitu” was disgraceful. I would have never thought hospitality can reach to that abusive spree. Event Description: I got scooty booked by “Jitu” via a Third Party & was asked to submit my Voter ID Card with a complete assurance of its return during my last day. However, on the last day, I was harassed & asked for extra money in lieu of my ID Card, which ultimately led to a fight & I was forced to pay extra amount to the Third Party Vendor- such a distress. Not only this, I was being abused by the Third Party guy in front of the Hotel Staff & no one even bothered to intervene in the issue. Both the hotel receptionist- Jitu & Vendor- Alen were sloshed at that time & made me a scape goat to take out their aggression. I was really shocked with such a kind of behavior & was not in a condition to retaliate & had to pay the demanded amount to them & was also jeopardized of Police.

I want a strict action to be taken & also want an apology from the Hotel so that these kind of issues won’t arose in future
