from last 45 days onwards, everyday 1(one) rupee was deducted from my mobile balance, i already gave compliment twice to your customer care executives…
but there is no response from them.

It is been noticed that few times the money is been deducted from my prepaid mobile and if get noticed I call back.
Today also same incidence occurred with me I had spoken to customer care executive Vishal he said we will reverse money
I told him that I wanted to speak to manager he passed on line to Varsha the floor supervisor.
