Dear sir,
I was sent my 1.5 yrs old washing machine (videocon-fully automatic) sent through VRL logistics. Some of the things like Machine Base,suspension rod has broken. Still now i was paid from my pocket around 2000 rs to videocon service center. As per their suggestion physical damage wont come in the warranty. My LR NO is – 311383503. When i am checking with coimbatore & bangalore office also they are not at all responding the issue. I am having the soft copy like washing machine bill , broken things, & service report also. Please suggest me what to do at the earliest.
