This is to notify that Airtel being such a big organization in India is providing such a pathetic customer service which is unbelievable.
This is to inform you about the call i made to your helpdesk on 121. For the first 5 times they disconnected my call even without picking it up. The 6th tome hey picked up my call, and without listening to my problem, they disconnected it after 1 minute.

And more thing to be highlight without customer persmission how you active the service in his / her cell. please stop doing even my family member use Airtel connection they also face the same problem…request you not to deducted any amount without customer permission
